Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Missed Deliveries and Fees If our delivery attempts fail due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unavailable recipients at apartments, condos, or businesses without drop-off options, your order will be refunded minus a $10 restocking and missed delivery fee. To reschedule delivery, you will need to submit a new order.
2. Order Changes and Communication To modify or cancel your delivery, notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone at 647-961-7865 or email info@meatexpress.ca. Timely notification helps us provide efficient service.
3. Delivery Liability By using our delivery service, you agree to these terms. We are not responsible for charges resulting from your non-compliance. We assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery to your provided address.
